Bonj

Bonj lies on the north side of Stari Grad's long bay, twenty minutes on foot from the square if you take the shore path. The water is kind, the pines come down to the stones, and the town's campanile sits across the water as a landmark. It is a family beach in the honest sense: shade, a café in season, and no need for a boat. The photograph is still to come — the ones we found were of a summer we would not put on the page.
